A proven leader and mentor, Jim has a career spanning over two decades working in all facets of entertainment, from social media and digital platforms to television, film, music videos and advertising. His feature film producing credits include Happy Holidays, directed by James C. Ferguson and The Uninvited, starring Marguerite Moreau.

With nearly 20 years experience in entertainment, Drew has built large creative teams for some of the most prolific channels on YouTube. In 2020, he developed a creative agency to support some of the largest technology brands including: NVIDIA, Meta, Intel, ASUS, and Newegg, as well as campaigns with NFL, NIL, and Celebrity talent.

A syndicated television writer and producer, Lawrence brings decades of creative knowledge and experience to the team. As the head writer for The Steve Harvey Show, he learned what it takes to be successful. He has also amassed a wide-ranging network of industry and business professionals that are ready to support him.
